Your order shall constitute an offer from You to buy goods from Our Website. When you are ready to place an order for the first time, You will be asked to create an account. Once You have registered, You will receive an email confirmation and subsequently You will only need to log into Your account to place an order with Us. We shall accept Your order by Email Order Confirmation. That is when our contract is made. We expect to dispatch Your order within two working days of receiving payment. If for any reason We are unable to supply Your Order We will inform You of this by email and not process Your order. If You have already paid for the goods, We will refund you the full amount.
Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 7 days. Beyond 7 days of your order, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Policy
Unopened and unused products may be returned by You in the unlikely event of external damage, defects or a delivery not matching Your order, and will be refunded in full, including a standard delivery cost incurred by you in returning the goods to us, or a free replacement will be given, as applicable.
Opened food products are non returnable for hygienic and food security reasons.
However, in the event of Your first order with Us, if the tea that You have purchased is not satisfactory to Your taste and liking, You may ask Us for a refund of the full amount of Your order value upto a maximum of Rs 500.00, or take the same quantity of another tea from our collection, free of cost.
